Background to MyVoice

A staff climate survey was one of the initiatives recommended as part of the Our People 2015 staffing strategy.

It is intended that the survey results be used to deliver ongoing benefits to UWS staff and improvements in their working lives.

Voice Project, a research and consulting company, will conduct the inaugural MyVoice UWS Staff Engagement Survey. Voice Project has administered and implemented staff engagement and organisational surveys for 35 Australian and New Zealand universities since 2002.

Voice Project uses a survey tool designed by Dr Peter Langford and his team at Macquarie University. The survey covers a wide variety of staff engagement indicators.
