MyVoice Working Groups

MyVoice Working Groups have been established to explore and implement ideas for addressing key areas for improvement at the University-wide level. These include:

  • Senior Management Communication, chaired by Scott Christensen
  • Inclusive Decision Making, chaired by Ann Tout
  • Cross-unit Collaboration, chaired by Susan Hudson
  • Recruitment and Selection, chaired by Chris Youness
  • Supporting New Staff, chaired by Jonathon Allen
  • Career Development for Academics, chaired by Deborah Sweeney
  • Career Development for Professional Staff, chaired by Jenny Purcell
  • Responding to Workplace Bullying, chaired by Tatiana Lozano

A workshop for the MyVoice Working Groups was held on Friday 31 May with 71 Academic and Professional staff from across the University in attendance. The MyVoice Working Groups are coordinated by the Office of Organisational Development team - Aggie Lim (Director and Project Leader), Phillip Marler (OD Consultant and Project Manager), Kelly Lanfranca and Abigail Srinivasan (OD and Project Coordinators).
