Travel

For most attendees, the easiest way to reach the campus will be to catch a train to Parramatta, and then take a bus from outside the railway station to the campus.

Trains to Parramatta run frequently (on average every 5-15 minutes) from Central Station on the Western, Cumberland, and Blue Mountains lines. Depending on the train, travel times vary, but are usually less than 30 minutes. Visit 131.500.com (opens in a new window) to plan your trip.

You will need to buy a pre-pay bus ticket to use before boarding the bus. Tickets can be purchased at the railway station ticket counter.

Following the sign to 'Buses' from the station concourse will take you directly to the main bus stop, from where most buses will take you to Parramatta campus. Any bus with a number containing '52' (namely M52, 520, 521, 523, 524, or 525) will take you to the campus.

Presenters are required to register for the conference and must pay the appropriate registration fee in order to ensure their abstract is included in the final program. The ASCP and UWS are unable to provide financial support for conference attendees and presenters with regards to flights, accommodation or other expenses relating to the conference.
