Western Sydney Sustainability Education Group (WSSEG) - NSW Department Education & Communities
WSSEG is an inter-agency collaboration of key stakeholders working to progress sustainability education across Western Sydney. WSSEG is managed by the New South Wales Department of Education & Communities, but engages the support of external agencies through partnership agreements. The group’s primary roles include; supporting the integration of sustainability education into the public school curriculum, promoting study and career pathway options in sustainability, advising on Education for Sustainability policy, teacher professional learning and guidance in the sustainable management of school grounds and resources.
