The promotion of good health and wellbeing is important and we all have a role to play.
What is Get Healthy?
Get Healthy Information and Coaching Service (opens in a new window) is a free information and health coaching service developed by the NSW Government. It can help you achieve your goals in relation to healthy eating, physical activity and adopting a healthy lifestyle. It’s a free, confidential telephone-based coaching service, delivered by qualified health professionals.
Population Health
Population Health (open in a window) is a service covering both South Western Sydney and Sydney Local Health Districts. Population Health aims to protect and promote the health of the local population. We recognise that many personal, local and global factors affect health and illness. Our services work with partners to deliver a comprehensive range of high quality, evidence-based health services to the population of SWSLHD and SLHD. Ultimately, Population Health strives to achieve equity of heath status and health service utilisation across the population.

Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District
Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District (opens in a new window) encompasses the local government areas of Blue Mountains, Lithgow, Hawkesbury and Penrith. Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District will drive innovation and excellence in health service delivery that provides safe, equitable, high quality, accessible, timely and efficient services that are responsive to the needs of patients and the community.
Western Sydney Local Health District
Western Sydney Local Health District (open in a new window) encompasses the local government areas of Auburn, Baulkham Hills, Blacktown, Holroyd and Parramatta. The vision of the Western Sydney Local Health District is, through the staff of its hospitals and community services and its links to general practice, other social agencies, voluntary organisations and members of the community, to be a respected, valued, highly professional, innovative, educative and humane health service provider that meets the fundamental health care needs to the community it serves and contributes to the promotion of health.
Go4Fun
The Go4Fun program is a free healthy lifestyle program for kids that aims to provide children with the information and skills to become fit, healthy and happy. The program is fun and interactive, and supports children aged seven to 13 years old and their families to adopt a long-lasting approach to healthy living.
