Eath Building Workshop

At the EarthCare Centre UWS Hawkesbury, a three day hands on workshop with at least five from EBAA with expertise in mudbricks, rammed earth, poured earth, light earth, cob, earthbag, earth renders and earth floors. The hands on workshop will look at most of these earth building techniques and variations using light weight aggregate to provide a light weight insulated sculptural layer to the existing mudbrick oven. Earth building displays: Saturday 3rd August at the EarthCare Centre. A display of earthbuilding with banners, handouts and discussion with two EBAA representatives. Fairly low key but an introduction to later activities. Thursday, Friday, Saturday the 8th, 9th, 10th August at Surry Hills, St Michael’s Hall, Albion Street.
