Biography/Research Interests

Dr Helena Onnudottir is a lecturer in Anthropology in the School of Social Sciences and Psychology.  Her areas of research interest include: Aboriginal Australia, Indigenous spiritualities, religious and traditional changes and Aboriginal/Indigenous rights to land and culture.  Currently, Helena's research involves an investigation of religious changes within Aboriginal Australia as well a recent cultural, political, and ontological changes taking place among Icelanders.
