How to Register

Applications for the Graduate Supervisor Register are approved by the Research Studies Committee on the advice of the School or Research Institute HDR Director (or equivalent). Registration may be granted for principal supervision or co-supervision at various levels of award, for example, up to and including doctorates, or research masters or Bachelor (Honours) and coursework only.

Two steps are required for registration:

1. The application must be endorsed by the Research Studies Committee. The completed Application for Admission (PDF, 143Kb) should be sent to your School or Research Institute HDR Director (or equivalent) with a brief CV, detailing your research supervision experience and qualifications. 
2. The applicant must attend a Research Supervisors Forum (requires staff login).
