To attend the HOPE: Students for Sustainability Conference, you must register and pay by 30 August 2015. Outlined are the conference packages available for purchase - you can attend one or two days of the conference.

Full Conference Registration

Full Conference Registration includes all general and concurrent sessions, keynote speakers across the Tuesday and Wednesday, as well as access to all networking events including the Welcome BBQ Dinner and Orientation, Conference Formal Dinner and Farewell Dinner. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided.

Full Conference Fee: $100.00 per person

Two Day Registration (Tuesday and Wednesday)

Two Day Registration includes access to all general and concurrent sessions, keynote speakers across the Tuesday and Wednesday, as well as access to the Welcome BBQ Dinner and Orientation and Farewell Dinner. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided. Excludes Conference Formal Dinner.

Two Day Conference Fee: $70.00 per person

One Day Registration (Tuesday or Wednesday)

One Day Registration includes access to all general and concurrent sessions, keynote and plenary speakers on the day of registration. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided. Excludes Welcome BBQ Dinner and Orientation, Conference Formal Dinner and Farewell Dinner.

One Day Conference: $30.00 per person

Formal Conference Dinner (Tuesday)

Tickets to the Formal Conference Dinner may be purchased separate to any of the Conference Registrations.

Formal Dinner Ticket: $50.00 per person

On Campus Accommodation

On campus accommodation will include a single room with desk, single bed with linen and towel provided. The space includes shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. A light breakfast will be provided daily (self-service), as well as select meals during the conference. 

Nightly room rate: $62.50 per night

If you are interested in presenting at the S4S Conference you may be eligible for conference assistance of up to $500. This financial assistance will help cover accommodation and domestic air fares, and your conference fee (full registration) will be waived. Applications are now closed
