The Contact Service Centre (CSC) is looking for enthusiastic, dedicated, and reliable students to join the team. As a part of the UWS Student Recruitment Unit located at the Werrington North (Penrith) campus, the role of a Contact Service Officer (CSO) is to provide exceptional levels of customer service to a wide variety of clients, primarily prospective students, via phone, email, web, and face to face communication. Work is available year round, though frequency and number of shifts will vary. Work will also vary between office shifts and visiting schools, career expos and other recruitment and marketing events. The CSC is a friendly team environment and the work roster is flexible to suit study commitments.
