Biography

Dr Ana Hol joined the University of Western Sydney in 2001. She is a Lecturer and currently the Head of Program for the Bachelor of Computing (Information Systems). She graduated from UWS with B.A. first class honours and was awarded the University medal. Her research interests are in the areas of eTransformation of Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs), eCollaboration and improvements of organisational tasks and business processes within companies residing in both developed and developing countries.

Ana is a member of the Advanced enterprise Information Management Systems (AeIMS) research group. As part of her PhD research study, she developed an Online System to Guide eTransforming SMEs (eT Guide), which was recently published as a book. She has also published a number of referred conference papers. She has been a conference organizer and reviewer for nine international conferences. Ana has also chaired a number of conference sessions.
