Dr Jiansheng Huang received his PhD from the National University of Singapore in 1999 and Master of Science from the University of New South Wales in 1996, and MEng and BEng fro Hefei University of Technology. Dr Huang had worked in a number of university in Australia, China and Singapore before joining University of Western Sydney in 2002.
Dr Huang's current research interests include computational intelligence, database and information systems, and deregulated power systems. He has taught quite a number of subjects in the areas of electrical engineering and computer science. His teaching in recent years includes Internet Programming, Programming Fundamentals, LAN Workshop and Computer Forensics Workshop.
2010 Highly Commended Award from International Journal of Energy Sector Management.
