Rabobank Scholarship in Animal Science or Agriculture

Scholarship Benefits: $5 000 for one year

Duration: Paid for one year only

Course(s): A full-time Bachelor of Agriculture; or Bachelor of Animal Science at  the Hawkesbury Campus

Eligibility to apply

Applicants must:

  • Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident of Australia;
  • Be a commencing student starting at UWS for the first time; and
  • Have completed their HSC not more than two years prior to commencement;
  • Have a home address from a rural location*, excluding any locations as defined by UWS, as part of the Greater Western Sydney region.

*Rural Classifications based from website: Backing Australia's Future.

Application Process and Selection: Applicants should apply using the Group B – Donor Funded Scholarships Application Form available on the How to Apply webpages.

Applicants must ensure that they complete the personal statement section of the application which requires you to demonstrate your leadership skills.

Selection of this scholarship will be determined on the basis of your academic record and personal statement. 

Conditions of the Scholarship: Recipients must remain in full-time study (40 credit points of study per semester) and maintain a minimum GPA of four (pass average).
