UWS Honours Scholarship

The UWS Honours Scholarship provides opportunities for exceptional students currently enrolled at UWS, who have demonstrated academic excellence in their studies, and are either undertaking or intending to commence their Bachelor Honours year.

Deadline: These scholarships has now been extended to 30 October 2008.

Available: There are up to 50 scholarships in 2009.

Scholarship Benefits: $5 000 for one year

Duration: Paid for one year only

Course(s): Any UWS Bachelor Honours Program or Embedded Honours Degree

Eligibility to apply:

Applicants must:

• Be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent humanitarian visa;
• Have maintained a minimum GPA of five (credit average); and
• Be applying to study a Bachelor Honours program at UWS; or
• Be undertaking an Embedded Honours Degree.
  

Application Process and Selection: Applicants should apply using the Scholarship Application Form - Honours available on the How to Apply webpages.

Selection of this scholarship will be determined on the basis of highest GPA to the maximum number awardable.

Conditions of the Scholarship: Recipients must remain in full-time study and maintain a minimum GPA of five (credit average).
