Notes for Referees
The applicant has asked you to provide a referee's report in support of their application for admission for the Master of Psychology (Clinical) program at the University of Western Sydney. We request that you complete the following to assist us in considering the candidate's suitability for clinical psychology training. The report is completed on a confidential basis, however on some occasions the applicant may request access to the reports completed on them.
Please complete the form electronically and return it directly to the School of Psychology by using the 'Submit Form' button at the bottom of the form. Forms returned via the applicant will not be considered. Reports must be received by the School of Psychology on or before the 31 October 2012.
