Higher Degree Research

Higher degrees are the training platform to become an independent researcher. These degrees allow you to become a leader in the working environment and are generally one of the pre-requisites to senior management levels in commercial organisations or academic positions. We provide our HDR students with supervisors who are experts in their disciplines, which means in most cases students will also work with other experts all across the world as a normal part of training to be an independent researcher. HDR students have their own workspace, computer and access to our laboratories which have the latest equipment.
