Christine Hutchison

 

Biography

Christine Hutchison was originally employed by the Hawkesbury Agricultural College in 1987 to work primarily in the Bachelor of Education (Home Economics) program and subsequently the Food and Nutrition program with UWS. Christine was academic coordinator of Bachelor of Science (Nutrition and Food) from 2001 until 2008. Her teaching expertise is in the areas of Food Product Development, Experimental Foods and Culinary Studies. Christine holds an undergraduate degree in education and a Masters in Science and Technology specialising in meat science and is currently completing a PhD in venison quality.
