Biography
Dr Laura Horn is a Senior Lecturer in Planning and Environment Law, Dispute Resolution and Civil Procedure and Law of Associations at the University of Western Sydney. Her key area of research is international environmental law. She is very interested in the development of legal principles in international environmental law and in key legal instruments concerning climate change. She has published a number of refereed articles in journals on environmental law issues.
