Biography
Sandra took up her academic appointment as a Senior Lecturer in the School of Nursing and Midwifery in June 2012. Sandra has extensive experience teaching in undergraduate and postgraduate nursing programs, most recently at the National University of Singapore where she was an Assistant Professor in the Alice Lee Centre for Nursing Studies. Sandra’s clinical experience is in both acute and community nursing having worked for many years in rural NSW, where her generalist nursing skills were developed. Her professional interests focus on wellness and health promotion in the area of women’s health, particularly older women’s health.
