Biography

Terri has worked at UWS since 2004 and is a member of the Employment Relations group in the School of Business.  Before joining UWS, Terri worked at the University of Wollongong and RMIT. Her qualifications are BCom(Industrial Relations), UNSW; MCom(Hons)(Industrial Relations) UNSW, and PhD, Univeristy of Wollongong.  Terri coordinates the undergraduate unit 200614 Enterprise Industrial Relations and the postgraduate unit 200725 Workplace Management Dynamics.  Terri supervises Honours, Masters by Research and PhD students in areas such work, health and safety, industrial relations, HRM in Vietnam, performance management, and work/family issues.  She has also served as Head of Program for six programs, including the MBA from 2009 - 2010.
