Biography

Won Hee Kang has joined the School of Engineering at the University of Western Sydney as a Lecturer in the area of Structural Reliability from March 2011. He obtained a B.S. from Korea University (Architectural Engineering, 2004), and a M.S. and a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (Civil and Environmental Engineering, 2006 and 2011). His research has been focused on the development and application of novel system reliability methods for complex infrastructure systems under extreme loading.
