Biography
Andrew Kelly is a PhD candidate in American diplomatic history with the School of Humanities and Communication Arts. After completing his BA with UWS in 2011, he completed his Honours degree in history in 2012, graduating with a first class result. He currently teaches the unit "Asia in the World".
