Research
Undertaking Honours under the supervision of professor vaughan Macefield and Dr Rachael brown. The objective of this current research is to investigate the contractile properties of single human motor units using the technique of microstimulation. We will compare the contractile properties when stimulated with physiological trains of stimuli and with regular stimulus trains of identical mean frequency.
