Biography
Anne has been involved in lecturing for a number of universities. Anne has worked as a Legal Consultant for the Corporations and Markets Advisory Committee (CAMAC) Executive. She has also held the position of Corporations Law Analyst for CCH Australia, and has been the editor for CCH Australia of the publications Across the Board News (Directors? e-newsletter) and the Corporate Business Law Report. Anne has also been the Chief Examiner for Applied Corporate Law, one of the components of the Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance for the Chartered Secretaries Association of Australasia. In 2005 Anne was involved in the Legislative Review Task Force, Commercial Law Association submissions to the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Corporations and Financial Services on Corporate Social Responsibility and the Regulation of the Timeshare Industry.
