Student Centres

Each campus has a Student Centre where students may seek general advice about enrolment and fees, apply for a travel concession pass or Student ID card, pick up a form to apply to graduate and obtain many other administrative services.

You can visit or contact any Student Centre for processing of forms and enquiries.

Opening Hours

Generally, all Student Centres operate from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and are closed on Public Holidays.

During the inter-session break, the hours may be a little different. In Exam periods Student Centres are open from 8.00am.

Occasionally Student Centres close on Friday mornings to allow for staff training and then re-open at 1pm.

• 21 & 24 March (Closed all day - Good Friday/Easter Monday Public Holiday)

• 25 April (Closed all day Anzac Day Public Holiday)

• 9 June (Closed all day Queens Birthday Public Holiday)

• 11 July
• 15 August
• 19 September
• 6 October (Closed all day Labour Day Public Holiday)
• 17 October
• 12 December
• 25-31 December (Closed all day - Christmas closedown)
• 1 January 2008 (Closed all day - New Year Public Holiday)

• Rule Waiver Request
• Application to Graduate
• Application for Admission
• Change of Name
• Resignation
• Leave of Absence
• Review of Grade
• Advanced Standing (Academic Credit)
• UniTrack
• Withdrawal Without Academic Penalty
