Cross Institutional Study for Non-UWS Students

Students enrolled at another institution may apply to undertake UWS units for credit towards their award course.

How to apply

You must complete a Non-Award / Unitrack / Cross Institutional (Non-UWS Students) Application, available on the Student Administration Forms page, from Student Centres or by calling the Contact Service Centre - Freecall 1800 897 669, and submit it to any Student Centre or to the Admissions Unit by the advertised closing date.

Documentation

You must include with your application:

• a letter from you home institution confirming that units studied at UWS will be recognised as part of your Award course; and
• a certified copy of your most recent academic transcript.

Cost

For more information, please see our Fees page. An invoice will be sent to you for each session that you are enrolled with the amount due, date due and payment instructions.

Closing Date

Applications must be submitted to any Student Centre or to the Admissions Unit by the advertised closing date.
