
MyStudentRecords (MySR) provides online access to your enrolment details so you can view or update your own enrolment online. You can:
To access MySR or MyUWS, you will need to have internet access either at home or at the IT labs on campus.
PC Windows
Operating System: WindowsXP
Web Browser: Internet Explorer 5.01 with SP2 to 6.0 (PC)
Processor: 400 MHZ or above
RAM: Minimum 64MB
Modem: Minimum 56kbs
Mac
Web browser: Internet Explorer 5.2 for Macintosh or later
In general, any PC purchased in the last 18 months should satisfy these requirements. The performance of MyUWS and MySR may be acceptable on older systems, or you can use the PCs available in the IT labs.
UWS online systems such as MySR, MyUWS and WebCT may be configured to open a new browser window. You must disable pop-up blockers to use these systems.

You must have Javascript installed on your computer.
To access MySR go to MyUWS and use your MyUWSAccount details to log in. Once you have logged in, you will be able to access MySR, PlatformWeb and other UWS online systems.
Click the 'MyStudentRecords' link on the left of the page. When in MySR, click the menu links on the left hand side of the page.
Make sure that Javascript is installed on your computer and that you have disabled pop-up blockers. (Hint: if you click on the MySR link and nothing happens, you probably need to go through this process again and check that you have disabled ALL popup blockers which are active on your system).

Throughout the site there are help pages for each main screen. Select the red "HELP" button to open up a help window.
You can also email mysrhelp@uws.edu.au or call the MySR Helpline on 1300 668 370.
The UWS IT HelpDesk may be able to help you with your UWS dial-up account, student email or issues with your MyUWSAccount if they are not related to online enrolment.

The schedule for MySR Supported Labs for 2009 will be advised in late January 2009.
