2014 3MT Event

A typical research thesis is 80,000 words long and would take 9 hours to present. The Three Minute Thesis (3MT) competition challenges you to present your research in three minutes using just one slide.

In 2014, Jan Townsend from the School of Medicine impressed the judges most, winning the $2,000 prize with her presentation on fertility and assessing the quality of sperm. You can watch her winning presentation below.
