Artistic expression is a critical medium to enable communities to get to know, understand, and appreciate each other. Join us for an evening of conversation, music and art as we explore the concept of love as it crosses cultural, spiritual and literary boundaries. Iranian-born author Kooshyar Karimi, novelist Majok Tulba ({Beneath the Darkening Sky}) and playwright Nakkiah Lui ({This Heaven}). Part of Blacktown Arts Centre’s series of Intercultural Dialogues, the event will feature cross-cultural musical performances and artists from the Some Other Place exhibition. Refreshments included.
