Just starting out in the property industry?
A Certificate of Registration course will be a great start to your real estate and property career.
Those commencing work in the industry are required by NSW Fair Trading to apply for a Certificate of Registration. Different Certificate of Registration categories apply to the different industry sectors. A Certificate of Registration may be granted for you to work in:
- Real Estate
- Stock and Station
- Business Broking.
To apply for a Certificate of Registration from NSW Fair Trading, you must complete the Certificate of Registration course.
Certificate of Registration by distance
By choosing the UWSCollege distance option, you can commence any time and complete the course from your home or workplace at your own pace. We will send you a comprehensive package of learning materials, including all the resources you need to complete each unit.
Support is available during your study program from qualified trainers and assessors.
