Step 1: Accept or defer your offer
Visit the OSCAS(opens in new window)
system to accept or defer your offer. You will receive your UWS student ID number which you will need to complete your enrolment. If you require assistance with this step, please call our Student Services Centre on +61 2 9852 4488.
Step 2: Activate your MyUWSAccount
Activate your account through the MyUWSAccount(opens in new window)
online portal to create your account for online service, eg student email.
The MyUWS Student Portal(opens in new window)
gives you access to all online systems and services at UWSCollege.
Your MyMail (student email) is the official communication channel UWSCollege will use to contact you, so you must check it regularly. You also need to use your MyMail account when sending emails to UWSCollege, as they are not required to respond to emails sent from a personal email account.
Step 3: Find your units
You will need to enrol in the following units for Quarter 1, 2013.

Step 4: Enrol online
Note : This step may take approximately 15-20 minutes.
Getting into MySR
- Log in to MyUWS(opens in a new window)
using your student ID number and password.
- Click MyStudentRecords (MySR) located on the top left-hand side of the page.
- In MySR, click on Enrolment listed under Course Details in the left menu (you may need to enter your student ID number and password again).
- A list of nine sections are outlined which you must complete in order.

Step 5: Calculate your fees
Once enrolled, you will be able to access your electronic Statement of Account (eSOA) through MySR from the start of the teaching session. For more information, visit the Fees(opens in a new window)

Step 6: Attend Orientation
Attendance at Orientation is compulsory. You must attend the Orientation session at the campus at which you are enrolled. To find your orientation time and date, visit the Orientation Dates(opens in a new window)
section of our website.
Step 7: Get your timetable
Term 1 commences on Monday 14 January 2013 and timetables will be issued in the first week of your teaching session.
Step 8: Get your Student ID card
When you have enrolled, visit the UWSCollege Student Centre on your campus to be issued with a student ID card.
You will need to bring a current driver licence, passport or some other form of photo ID. If you are eligible for a travel concession, you can arrange for that at the same time.
Your card will give you access to our computer labs and library services including photocopier/printing and will be used for identification purposes while you are on campus or in examinations.
Note : You must carry your ID card with you at all times.
Step 9: Get prepared for UWSCollege
The UWSCollege Student Centre is your first point of contact for help.
