Timeframes
We will endeavour to implement your requests within the following timeframes:
- 10 days for creation — eg creation of a new web page or new sections
- 2–5 days for extensive amendments — eg insertion or deletion of paragraphs, rewrites of paragraphs of text or reformatting of a page
- 24 hours for minor amendments — eg change of date, fixing a broken link, correction of a word(s).

Option 2 — Complex Requests
For complex changes attach a separate file in the Complex Requests section with mark-ups of the changes required.
