Promotional Space Requests

Promotional Space Request Information 

Please be advised that all promotional space requests must be submitted four weeks prior to the first date you want the promotion posted to ensure scheduling. If your request for a promotional space is submitted less than four weeks, the Web Services Unit (WSU) can not guarantee that your promotion will remain posted for the duration requested. 

Promotional space is only allocated for a maximum of two weeks. Requests for additional time will be reviewed and approved based on current scheduling demands.  

Requesting a promotional space involves two stages; the design process and the business case.

If you require assistance with creating a promotional space design, you will have to complete a Design Request: Promotional Space (opens in a new window) form.

Once you have an approved promotional design you will need to complete a Business Case: Promotional Space (opens in a new window) form.
