Banner and Button Requests

Banner Request Information 

Please be advised that all banner requests must be submitted four weeks prior to the first date you want the banner posted to ensure scheduling. If your request for a banner space is submitted less than four weeks, the Web Services Unit (WSU) can not guarantee that your banner will remain posted for the duration requested. 

Banner space is only allocated for a maximum of two weeks. Requests for additional time will be reviewed and approved based on current scheduling demands.  

Creating a promotional banner involves two stages; the design process and the banner business case.

Once you have an approved banner design you will need to complete a Banner Business Case Form (opens in a new window).
