Please be advised that all promotional space requests must be submitted 4 weeks prior to the first date you want the promotion posted to ensure scheduling. If your request for a promotional space is submitted less than 4 weeks, the Web Services Unit (WSU) can not guarantee that your promotion will remain posted for the duration requested. Below is a list of questions that are required for the promotional space on the University's home pages. When submitting your request, you will also need to upload a copy of the actual promotional image/s as part of the request. Promotional space is only allocated for a maximum of 2 weeks. Requests for additional time will be reviewed and approved based on current scheduling demands.
