Staff Profiles

New Staff Profile Management System

A new staff profile management system is currently being developed and will be launched in April 2012. The new system will replace the academic staff profiles currently published on the UWS website, which will start to be removed from Monday 30 April.

All staff members will have a profile in the new system.  Some fields in the profiles will be automatically populated with information, others will contain a range of free text user-submitted fields.

Staff members will be able to showcase awards/achievements, committee representation, memberships, areas of experience, biographies, research interests and supervision, publications, qualifications, awards, committees and community engagement.

Further information about the new profile management system can be found on the Staff Profile Management System webpage.

Current Staff Profiles

Currently staff members can showcase their research interests and achievements through a webpage on the UWS website. Until the new staff profile management system is available staff members can create a new staff profile by completing the UWS Staff Profile Form.

All updates to existing profiles should be directed to the web content author in your school, research centre or organisational unit. Any changes made to existing profiles may not be reflected in the new system, so staff members will need to ensure that they check their new profile carefully and update any further information in the new profile management system.

The current staff profiles will continue to be published on the UWS website until after the launch of the new staff profile management system. From Monday 30 April the current staff profiles published on the UWS website will start to be removed.
