Wellbeing is more than happiness and health. It’s about having meaning in life and feeling that life is fulfilling and worthwhile. There are many aspects of wellbeing, including physical, emotional, social, financial and spiritual.

Wellbeing is an ongoing process we need to work on at all times. Everything we do, think and feel has an impact on our health and wellbeing. The state of our wellbeing affects all aspects of our lives, including our health, productivity and relationships with others.

The promotion of good health and wellbeing is important and we all have a role to play.
